If its own motion is competing with light's absolute speed
leaving light behind... how can the atom not have a form of
absolute motion of its own if it is doing that?

Can science show how it can't have its own motion?
How can it prove or measure the difference between
relative or absolute?

Your world frame has its own motion.
But there is more to it than that. You share the
Earth's motion in space. Its year orbit and
its day turning motions.... and the solar
system orbiting the Milky Way
